Better Home Care LTD provides support for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and Acquired Brain Injuries.
We believe in the potential of each person we support and we enable them to work towards their goals, live more independently and take control of their lives. We listen and understand what each person would like to achieve in life.
We then work closely with them, their family, circle of support and other professionals to define goals and how we can work together to achieve them.
Outcome Based Care
Through our outcome focussed approach, we provide support that is built around each person’s specific and complex needs.
Better Home Care offers the alternative to residential care. Being in a house with three other residence can reduce isolation and encourage social stimulation, maintain relationships or make new ones.
The Accommodation

62 St Albans House, offers accommodation for four individuals over the age of 18 years.

The house requires clients who are able to negotiate stairs and steps.

Support will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days of the week.
You will not be alone
You will not be alone. The accommodation houses 4 adults.
You will have access to a communal lounge and a lovely
enclosed garden. Allowing you to spend time with others,
socialising and sharing interests.
Viewing
As part of the assessment, we encourage potential residence to view the house. We recognise the magnitude of deciding your next home.
